On July 27th, 2023, the International Scientific Committee (ISC) of the XVIII World Water Congress held its 14th meeting online. ISC Co-Chairs, Renée Martin-Nagle, and Shi Qiuchi, chaired the meeting. HLP4 Moderator Prof. Jun Xia, ISC members, representatives from IWRA’s Executive Office, and the Congress Secretariat attended the meeting.

4 HLP Moderators reported the preparation progress of plenary sessions, including participation confirmation of VIPs, concept notes and main programme. All members discussed and exchanged comments and suggestions. Progress of Congress Secretariat and IWRA’s Executive Office were also reported in the meeting.
