China says it stands ready to share its experience in water management with the rest of the world. At the ongoing 18th World Water Congress in Beijing, Li Guoying, Minister of Water Resources, said China is one of the world's most complex countries when it comes to water related issues and management. He said China's water resources distribution is highly uneven, causing frequent flooding and droughts. The minister also introduced China's methods of water governance, and delivered a clear message for greater global cooperation.
