Yong Zhang earned his Ph.D degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences and did postdoc training at UMass Medical school with Prof Patrick Emery. From 2015, Yong started as assistant professor of Biology at University of Nevada Reno, then promoted to associate professor in 2020. Yong became a professor in Soochow University in 2021. Dr. Zhang’s lab mainly works on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of circadian clocks, and has authored over 45 research articles including Science, Neuron, Current biology and etc.
